Is it normal that I cannot talk to girls anymore? Back in high school I used to do it with no problem; I had a few girlfriends and many girls I talked to as friends throughout my time in high school but now that I've been in college for 2 years...I realized that the flirting I used to do was a bit childish and fit for high school but in college it will never work on these girls. I honestly can't even approach a girl let alone talk to one without getting nervous. Most girls put up this "bitch face" defense, usually to avoid getting hit on. But if i find a girl attractive, I can never act on it!!

      How? I can't say anything to them, i think about approaching a certain girl in the hallway on campus but i don't know what to say.

    I have no problem talking to girls or getting a long with them but I cannot seem to figure out sexual advances without being told I am acting weird and making them uncomfortable. I just don't even do it anymore.

    I love to flirt. I love to give a server or a sales girl a huge smile and talk to them as if they were the most attractive and interesting person in the world.
    It's not so much about me, as it is being nice and appreciative to someone who has no choice but to attend to my needs or wishes. As there is no ulterior motive (I'm not looking for a date or anything), I rarely get rebuffed. It's just a pleasant few minutes' interaction, with another human being.
