Can't eat anymore after seeing period blood

After seeing dried period blood on a chair cushion at work, I am no longer able to eat. The thought of putting something in my mouth makes me dry heave. I do not have the same reaction to feces and urine. IIN?

    Normal... I as well find everything that's related to periods more disgusting than feces/urine...
