    Years ago I used to rub the bed and enjoy it with no remote idea why. Then I understood what was going on and realized I could use my hands but that meant it became a conscious decision to be 'a wanker' so I struggled a bit with it. My initial solution was crazy and I'm not even going to offer it. The main thing was, it was about freeing up my head and then getting the thoughts in line with the actions.
