oops.. after reading and commenting this story i researched ouija bourds and i read that your not supposed to burn it. it can still come back and haunt you even though u burned it. the only real way to truly get rid of an ouija bourd is to break it (with a hammer not your hands) into seven pieces, and bury it in the ground at least a foot deep. i also read that if u burn an ouija bourd, it will scream. did it scream?

Yeah, you do not want to use them unless you have someone who knows about the paranormal or is a spiritualist/medium.

I've heard plenty of stories but the most scary was my mum's friend had her friends over one night and they got drunk, thought it would be funny to try contact someone/something.

A ouija board is one thing you wanna stay away from. We found one in this farm house my dad bought and my step Sid made me play with it with her and since then things have been weird and freaky for me. Glad you got rid of it. Ours randomly disappeared one day. No idea what happened to it.

to add on here though I highly believe in ghosts and the supernatural due to my own personal experiences, the priest guy is right the more scared you are the more that seems to happen to you and this is 50% or more of the time due to an over active imagination and I'm pretty sure I'm guilty of it. But ouija boards though made in a factory can still open a portal for those who aren't careful and believe that it works, they can be in some serious trouble.

The ouija board is not a toy! Many dangerous and disastrous consequences have resulted from its use! The board apparently connects users to a lower plane where lower beings and other dangerous and confused spirits reside... These spirits usually don't have good intentions and they often are able to trick unsuspecting users into believing that they are in contact with a loved one. Users should never ask for proof of the spirit's existence because this acts as an invite for the spirit to cross over into this existence. If you want to get rid of this being, you should consult a psychic and/or try to find a priest that can do exorcisms.

ouija bourds scare the hell outta me.once my mom and a couple of her friends had ouija bourd. all of them started to play with it and they saw something. my mom said that she doesnt remeber what she saw but that the only thing she remeembered was that it scared her to death. good choice on burning it. the only way to truly get rid of an ouija bourd is 2 burn it.

I investigate paranormal happenings with an experienced team of investigators. You can't imagine the perils that come forth when from an ouija board. Actually, sounds like you have invited something(s) in. They are very hard to repel when you give them permission (which is what has happened). You are going to need a good paranormal group and possibly the help of clergy to cast these perilous visitors out.

Google in paranormal investigators along with your part of the state where you reside. Whatever you do, DON'T USE HOLY WATER, as that can provoke them. Holy Water will be needed, but by an experienced clergyman or demonologist. Best to you. Tough, but doable....

Actually pious boards don't need to have any special powers for spirits to interact with human entities or demonic or poltergeist spirits I know this as a fact because i am a medium and a priest I am very respect in my community and have been posest by a demon it is very scary. I would suggest you bless your home and never show fear they feed of of it.....

Get some sage and smudge your house. I've heard lots of crazy things regarding Ouija boards. They are not to be used for "fun" as an overactive imagination will take you places you never dreamed. I already posted a comment about one "biting" my housemate. He freaked out because of the board but not once did any of the "bad" things actually effect me in a negative way. In fact, it helped rid me of a bad roomy.

You should try to get a priest to bless the house, it might help. I don't want to scare you, but I've heard that burning the board can make the situation even worse.
