Can one dream countinue with another dream?

Last year I had two dreams I didnt remeber the first one until I had the second. The first dream took place at night I was myself and I got in a car and drove to this big city and I met a guy and we hung out for a bit then he introdust me to this realy nice girl and me and her got together then early in the morning I left the city then I woke up then about a month or two later I had the second one and in this one I went back to the same city and met up with t guy and aparintly I hadnt been there in a month or two and he told me that the girl missed me so I went to see her and we got together agian then in the early morning I told her I had to go and she said she would miss me then I left and like befor I woke up after leaving and I havent had the dream sence. what do you think?

    I can't remember much, but all I can is it being a break of a few. Years, and I'm not sure if it was the exact same dream or a carry on. I have had lots of dreams like this but just can't remember.

    haha thats offit that because , ive had only one dream that has carried on and then stopped , where i moved across the contry and lived in this new house and my mother got married and shits and that was the first one , and the second one i member , remembering the last one and it carried on like i was going to a new college and stuffs like that yes i think it can cos it happened to me too :P
