Can my short lingual frenulum make me a bad french kisser?

So, my lingual frenulum (the thing that holds you tongue to the bottom of you mouth) is shorter than it should be, but not short enough to make me tongue-tied and not short enough not to let me move my tongue at all. I just can't, for example, touch my tongue to the roof of my mouth when it's open.

Does that mean I'll be a bad French kisser? I've never had the opportunity to find out by myself...
