The TOS doesn't forbid it. There is an explicit sex category, which you are free to avoid and you can enable the safe mode.
This isn't about sex posts, it's about idiot posts, which ARE against the TOS, as quoted above. No ones "censoring" anything. That's like saying if you don't let me fuck your mother in the ass you are censoring me.
Can "IIN" staff make it so you can block people?
