Can i still have feelings for a guy without having the butterflies?

I'm re- posting this as for some weird reason it got deleted. So I have never actually dated and am considering going out with this man whos 30, I'm 21.
Thing is, I am a very frigid person and I also don't develop butterflies like I used to when I was 12-16.
On my previous post someone commented saying that its normal and that butterflies usually indicate infatuation and that I could still like him romantically.
is it normal that I don't get butterflies?
He's amazing and ticks all the boxes boyfriend wise but I don't want to lead him on if we kissed and I don't feel anything. What should I do?

    When you get older the stomach butterflies turn into fire breathing loin dragons.

      Well thanks but I'm not and would like to try it out as personally I'm a frigid person who doesn't develop feelings very easy. He's like perfect if he really is what he portrays to be. I really enjoy his company and hope I would feel something for him ..

    Well butterflies really don't mean much usually it's just being nervous seems to me your pretty comfortable with this guy it's normal just try it and see lol don't worry about the age!!!

      I think guys can get them but I feel its more common with girls
