Can i rent an apartment with my boyfriend?

I'm 18 years old and my boyfriend is 17. We are looking to move in with each other in order to help both of our living situations. I was wondering if I could successfully rent an apartment with him even though he's not 18. I live in ohio and legally it states that an underage person could rent an apartment but more than likely will have to have a parent or guardian to co-sign. I was wondering since I'm 18 and my name will be on the lease will we have to have another person sign in the lease on his behalf.

    Seems like you are good to go if your name would be on the lease. Just let the landlords know that you have your boyfriend staying there with you.
