I AM 21. I just haven't had my license switched out so it still says it. Will this be an issue while I'm on spring break in a couple of weeks?

Was -4 in unmod. I screenshot it cos no one would believe me.

Yeah, it was getting some comments about it being a sin to drink, and it glitched when they were deleted.
I was having convo with OP in unmod. OP deleted convo. Bugged the system out.
As long as your date of birth shows that you are really 21 you can buy alcohol.
Yes. I do it all the time. They look at your birth date not the kind of license you have.
As long as the card is valid, it should work. However stores have the right to refuse service and some people are dicks.

I HAVE been buying booze with my license for over a year now and it still says under 21...
it varies from state to state, and sometimes county to county. usually, they go by the date of birth. It seems that you can in missouri and illinois at least, mine has the same "under 21 till", and I never had any trouble with getting alcohol. I would try to get some and go to the store or bar. the worst they could do is say you cant buy cause of that. you wont get in trouble for it anyways.
I didn't realize they worked this way. You might be from a different area though. Mine is good for four years and I got it at 17. It says (Will be 21 on this date) and my date of birth. It seems like a better set up than what you have. If you have one with only one age and the drinking age is 21 than yes you have to get it updated to drink.
Yeah that's how it is here, except they give you a vertical oriented license that says "under 21" instead of "will be" it has my year if birth, and its good for another year or two so it seems foolish to go pay for a new one right now if I don't have to. Thanks for the (on topic and polite) reply.
Of course, it will prevent you from buying any alcohol. All you have to do is get your license updated. It seems to me that you have already been called in for it to be updated. Most people probably aren't going to feel like doing the mate n regards to your date of birth and will only pay attention to the restriction. Even if alcohol wasn't the issue, you should still get the damn thing updated because, you are going around with outdated information.
Why are you asking this question? Seriously, can't you go to the nearest place that sells alcohol and find out pretty easily?
I seriously doubt the law says what kind of ID you must have, just that it proves you are over 21.
