    If you dream of a talking dog, no.
    If you dream of being with a person you fancy, possible.

    I think they can become true.My grandma has dreams that gives her signs of things that might happen and sometimes they happen.I hope yall dont think its weird.

    yes they do come true. especially if the dream is a premonition (typing from experience).
