Can a person be gay and never act on it
Does anyone think it's possible to be gay but refuse to accept it, and never act on it? Seriously is this possible?

Some people are celibate because they are unhappy with their body or don't have a high sex drive or have anxiety about it.
Yes, in the same manner that someone can be straight and never act on it.
I think so. I grew up in a Christian home where it's believed to be wrong. However growing up, I've had some bisexual thoughts. Like I'm mainly attracted to girls for sex and relationships, but I've fantasized about sucking dick before and cross-dressing. Idk why
I think we are all gay to one degree or another! Some just know while others find out later in life . I am str8 but I can say that I do have some gay thoughts but I just do not act on them for what ever reason. I am in love with my wife and we are both pretty kinky but I have never been with another man. I do enjoy and get turned on by seeing videos of men master-bating and Cummings .but I don't think that qualifies me as being gay just that I have some gay traits in me
My father that we thought was straight, was married for 24 years and had 3 kids before he came out of the closet. He grew up in a very Christian household where being gay wasn't acceptable or even really a sexuality, but instead, 'a choice'
yeah its possible. I used to think I might be, well not gay as in actually a pure homosexual but maybe bi. I really only thought this when I was younger, I still sometimes think that I could be and am ok with it but have only really felt truly attracted to women and only slightly to other guys. I never have done anything to act on it and don't plan on it.
I'm sure many people do, and countless people must have done in the olden days, when it wasn't acceptable to be anything but straight.
You can never act on it. I would just advise not to pretend and act like you're straight. That gets messy and hurts everybody.
Yes, of course for any number of reasons. I know of a couple people that I would consider gay but never acted upon their desire to actually get involved with one of their own sex but instead got married and had kids which was just fine. Life has many ventures along the way to the conclusion.
Of course.
ALL people have the ability and capacity to be celibate if they choose.
