Can a female rape?

me and a female friend were hanging out and she said if it came down to it and if she could get away with it she would brutally rape me first chance she got. she was clearly joking but is it possible for a woman to rape a man?

Yes it's definitely possible, it happens all the time and is far less talked about and exposed than female rape.

Yes. It's possible in a number of ways.

    1. Group of women gang up on one dude.
    2. Women sedate man, either tying him up or taking advantage of drowsiness/haziness.
    3. Woman has a degree of power over a guy or boy, like teacher/student, employer/employee or a relative that she manipulates.
    4. Has a male accomplice help her find and restrain the male victim(s).

Just off the top of my head. And yes these have all happened, although obviously not nearly as common as male on female rape.

As to the, uh, mechanics of it, us men don't have nearly as much control over our johnsons as we'd like to think. Give it enough attention and it has a mind of its own.

      5. She has a weapon and threatens to injure or kill the guy unless he has sex with him.

      That has also actually happened.

What do you mean by the "employer/employee" part?

There have been cases where a senior female manager becomes attracted to a younger male subordinate. Often she's having problems with the hubby and needs a sexual release. So the guy (usually naive or feeling trapped) is placated with promises of promotion, threats or accusations of immasculinity if he doesn't get into bed with her.

I remember reading a while ago that sexual abuse, up to and including rape, happens surprisingly often in lesbian relationships, although it's discussed about as often as marital rape was talked about in 1950.

As for a woman raping a man, yeah, I'm sure that's possible. In most places, rape is defined as non-consensual penetrative sex, and as others have said here, an awful lot of guys - particularly young guys - have very little control over their erections. I'm sure there are guys who can recall having sex which they really didn't want because either the woman was more physically more powerful than him or very manipulative.

Yes, I have a couple of lesbian friends and there’s way more domestic violence in that community than people could possibly believe. Some of them are complete maniacs.

Of course it's possible. Just because a man can get his dick hard during the act doesn't mean no means yes if he says he's not interested.

Technically yes with the definition of rape. Though it's difficult because women are mostly at a disadvantage to forceably rape a male. That's why you'll see female rapist go after children and use drugs.

Also men tend to like free sex... so if they are like hell yeah it's not rape anymore.

The only thing that comes to mind is a girl raping a lil boy. I cant see how a woman could rape me tho. Maybe by drugs.

Women are nice to look at, I think they're very pretty, but the thought of sex with one pretty much disgusts me, so yah it's possible they could rape a man

Here in the UK a woman cannot be convicted of rape. The law considers rape to be the offence of a person inserting their penis into another person without that persons consent. As a woman doesn’t have a penis the law dictates that she cannot be convicted of the offence of rape. She can however be convicted of serious sexual assault which carries similar punishment. She can also be convicted of aiding another person to commit rape if she in some way assists, such as holding someone down for example. Interestingly the law was established long before we had the medical science to give a woman gender reassignment surgery and create her a working penis. Due to her being assigned as female at birth, even after surgery to create a penis that person still cannot be convicted of rape.
The law may of course be different in other countries.

Here in Scotland. Rape is recognized as simply unconsented sex or impregnation, and is a form of assault. Which means it's a double edged sword...
      Yes women can rape.
But men are far more likely to be convinced.
Because if a man and a woman have sex with consent. But then she later regrets it because of a unwanted pregnancy, he can still be convicted and jailed for rape.

You are wrong, below is the definition of rape copied from the Scottish.gov website:

Rape, attempted rape and assault with intent to rape: 'rape' is when a man uses his penis to penetrate someone's vagina, anus or mouth without their consent (the person did not agree to it). The victim of the offence can be a woman or man.

'Attempted rape' is when a man tries to rape someone but does not manage to.

'Assault with intent to rape' is when a man intends to rape someone and assaults them but his conduct does not amount to a charge of attempted rape.

A woman cannot be convicted of rape anywhere in the UK.

We left the UK at the start of the lockdown. Due to the lockdown. We have different rules.
Scotland has no connection to Westminster government as of March 2020
We are in the process of gaining international recognition.

Yeah yeah, let's be realistic, guys are raping way more than women though.

I think women probably technically sexually assault guys more by waking them up with a blowjob, but it's stupid that such a thing is rape anyway if you're in a sexual relationship.
