Calcium expiration label easily comes off

My mom bought a big bottle of kirkland calcium supplements from the black market here in the Philippines, when i checked the expiration label and rubbed it only twice the ink easily came off.. is this normal with kirkland supplement bottles or does it mean its fake?

    I dunno, I buy stuff at Costco all the time, and don't recall having that problem, but that doesn't mean the pills are fake either.
