Button mashers

I used to be a games programmer, so I generally just find a way of cheating if someone is being really judgemental about my playing style.

It's supposed to be fun.

i agree you should be playing with people of the same skill level, frustrating. i am a button masher and i cant play for nuts but i like watching others play well, its fun

Look more sore losers. You know when you play you have to push the buttons. You really can not help it. People complain when someone can react really fast with a controller and as a result win.

You do not have to do all these special combos in your move list to be a good player. Some people just like to play now get the fuck over it. If you are playing a fighting game play. You are suppose to fight so don't bitch about it.

If you are playing a game with limited functions like Naruto you can not complain. Since its really hard to do more then 3 moves on things like game cube. Since they have kick and hit and special move hold two buttons.

Now if someone is spamming one move over and over clearly they don't know how to play. I hate hearing this excuse from players as it happens way to much. Even when someone is not spamming.

Button mashers do suck. I used to hate them simply because they win on luck. But after becoming good at a game, I never lose to them.

The easiest way to shut down a button mashed is to block. I'm dead serious. They don't know what they are doing and can't hit because they can't play the high/low game.

So for button mashers just block and attack in the their recovery time with quick moves. I'm hated among my friends as the one who blocks too much. I then tell them not to attack so much. Lol

Button mashing sucks, I way prefer strategy and fps...

It doesn't work with shooters.

I love fighting games and button mashers annoy the life out of me.

Especially if they are a high level and only achieved it through mashing and spam etc.

Try to find some online friends to play against, at least you know they will know what they are doing as well as join sites that are for the games you play, like 8wayrun.com and Shoryuken.com

You can only really do that in fighting games.. And honestly, I don't play them because they're boring.

Button mashers have no hope of victory against a seasoned ne....I mean pro.
