Burning sensation when i...

Ever since I was a kid I've had to be very careful when taking a shower or bath to not get soap in my penis hole.

It's a terribly painful sting that continues until I pee and flush it out, and even then it's a very painful burning sensation.

If I pee enough it goes away, but if not I'll feel it again up to hours later next time I pee.

I've asked a few people about this, and nobody seems to have this problem.

How about you, IIN?

Use glycerin soaps. My gynaecologist advised me that because I'm sensitive in this area and other soaps give me burning sensation and it works. Maybe it'll work for you too even if you're a guy.

If you are truly concerned ask the doctor. If not do not get soap in it.

    • I am not concerned, it is a minor inconvenience in the big picture of my life.

Yes, I try to avoid getting soap in it. Sometimes that doesn't work.

I was asking if this is a common thing.

according to you it is not. I think it would make sense since that is a sensitive spot. So assume it is like soap in your eyes. If you are so bothered go see the doctor. If not just ignore it.

        • I have asked a few people. With a name like DannyElf I am gambling on the fact that you have a penis. If so, has this happened to you?
