Bumps under the rim of the tip

When I see the tip of my penis there are about 30 bumps under the rim and all around
I can only see them when erect and are no bigger than about 0.5 of a millimeter
is this normal?

    I doubt it's normal.

    I once had a wart, and it took a lot more courage than sense to get it looked at. I twas so embarrasing to me (cos it was mine I suppose), but the doctor just looked and said "Ahh yes, here's a prescription." It was such a big deal to me but something, I expect, he'd seen a thousand times.

    Got the prescription (embarrassingly), and a few days later I was fine. No, it didn't kill me.

    Pop to the Doc mate, it won't reach even half way up on your embarrassing-stuff-o-meter.

    There are bumps under the beginning of the head of the penis that is normal cause when you engage in sexual activity with a girl that will stimulate her p@ssy
