Bump on my humerus (upper arm bone)

On my left arm, when I lay my palm face up, thumb facing left, fully extended, I can feel a bump on my humerus bone, on the ulnar side. It is NOT my elbow. The bump does not hurt, and you can't see that it's there, but if the location is pressed it can be felt. I would estimate its size to be smaller than a gumball but large enough to notice. This bump does not occur on my right arm.

I am quite thin (100lbs at 5'3") so am I just touching bone (which is creepy anyway) or have I just discovered some cancer? A nurse who examined it was unable to come to a conclusion.

I'd put cancer out of your mind. It would be an incredibly rare location for a cancerous growth. The only cancer you'd generally suffer there is skin cancer and that would be external rather than internal.

As for what it might be, our skeletons aren't perfectly symmetrical and there are a million reasons why we have something on one side of our body and not the other. I had four broken arms (not at the same time, before anyone pipes up) before the age of seven so God only knows what my arm bones look like now.

Generally, I wouldn't worry too much about this. But if it does still concern you, try getting a medical opinion from someone other than the nurse who couldn't diagnose you and, for whatever reason, didn't think to refer you to someone who could.

Yeah, this wasn't a school nurse you saw was it?

None of us can know what that is. An x-ray would probably solve the mystery, so go get it checked. It's probably nothing, but it'll put your mind as ease.

DannyKanes fuck off and stop with your constant spamming.

Anyway....what sort of food are you eating? processed and junk food?
try reducing them and doing exercises.

I do get some lump/bumps on my thigh next to my private, or spots on my face. And all that is due to not eating healthy food. And once I do exercises or run/jugg for 10min, the bumps on my thigh will be gone!

    It's due to bad fat.

however considering you having a bump on your arm, I dunno wtf that is. Trying jugging/running for 15min and see if it goes away. If not, seek doctor again.
