Bullying doesn't bother me.
I have to make this quick, but people rarely pick on me. When they do, it doesn't bother me. I'm glad it doesn't, but I couldn't help but wonder.

Bullying usually has to be a fully immersive experience for it to be damaging. If you are picked on rarely and have a supportive group of friends who treat you well, it's very unlikely that being picked on will hurt you because you are not trapped in the bullied state of mind for long. If you are mistreated frequently enough over a sustained period of time then this changes, and it becomes what psychologists call a state of "learned helplessness"; you genuinely believe you are not valuable or strong anymore. No amount of mental resilience can make someone completely impervious to learned helplessness, although, predictably, some people are more susceptible to it than others.
So your experience isn't unusual. Someone who is only picked on rarely will not feel the same way as someone who is regularly bullied.
Well yeah bullying wouldn't bother me either if I was never actually bullied.
