Bubble of air..hernia related?

Basically i have two inguinal hernias(or at least i had one fixed then discovered i had another one on the other side),and i am deciding whether i shuld get my current one operated on too. i am female. I have like this bubble of air in my chest that is so random and forms at random times but it sounds like a burp to someone if they were sitting next to me and it like kinda formed,,,but it isnt like its just like trapped air in my chest, and ive had this for a while i wanna know wht this is , could it be related to the inguinal hernia? i told my dctor and they didnt really know what it could be so any help/ideas?????????? xxxxx
