breast feeding makes fat fall from your body....do it as long as you are able.....within reason ...its scary,u see the look in kids eyes that still breastfeed at 10...they go in to a complete trance

Ya, the boobs the way to go. Even just for a little while. I know a few people who refuse to breast feed for such stupid reasons. If it benefits the baby, why the heck not!?

    • A lot of people don't want to breast feed because they are worried about their boobs getting saggy, lol. I've been breast feeding for over a year and they are still perky

Breate milk contains antibodies and therefore protects against many diseases. Therefore it wins.

Breast milk is apparently best for your baby, I'd then probably use formula when they get slightly older

My daughter was born almost 6 weeks early @ 4.2 lbs and dolled down to 3.9 lbs within the first day. We, well SHE, breast fed her until she was 2 and to this day she has never been seriously ill. She has had very very mild sicknesses that were easily treated with Tylenol and Motrin.

And to the myth that it will make your tits sag? No, I believe the opposite to be more true....your child is removing excess weight from your glands and not to mention it effects the metabolism if I'm not mistaken.

    • I have been breastfeeding for almost two years and they're still perky, its sad that some choose not to breast feed because they think it will make their boobs sag.

Yep breast milk is more nutritious for your baby. But I wouldnt breastfeed only because I drink alcohol(lol)! All my kids had formula.

    • you can still breastfeed, just make sure you no longer feel the effects before feeding, its also ok to have a beer or glass of wine, it wont hurt the baby

Breast milk is best for the baby it has everything it needs. If your nips start to hurt you can still use breast milk without breastfeeding. There are devices to put it in a bottle.
