Breakfast food diet

Ok, so I'm not sure if this is a normal way to eat, but recently I've only been eating only "breakfast" foods everyday. It's like even for lunch and dinner- I still eat things that I would eat for breakfast- like eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, cereal, biscuits and gravy, etc. Even when I go out to places to eat, I don't even look at what's on the menu unless it's something that I would eat for breakfast in the morning. Is this normal? Do I need to eat other things to be healthy? Or can I just eat like this and be fine?

Hell yes!, I'd love to live out of cereal and waffles.

  • Whatever you like to eat is what you like. Nothing wrong with that.

Eating a healthy balance of vitamins and minerals, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats will definitely keep you healthy...
But if you think about it, most breakfast foods have a balance of all of those if you add some fresh fruit and vegetables on the side:)
I guess you could eat breakfast foods as much as you want to, as long as you exercise to burn it off... But You should consider eating a bit healthier I suppose. Only if you want. I mean, life is pretty short so you might as well enjoy the things you love:)

I don't know if this is normal or not, but it's not healthy. Almost all of the foods you listed are high calorie and high fat, and it sounds like your diet is probably deficient in a variety of vitamins and minerals, unless you're eating some fruits and vegetables that you didn't mention.

Breakfast foods should include LOTS of fruit...and in that case, it would be a healthy enough diet. ie. Cereal and fruit in the morning, a veggie omelette and fruit at noon, and bacon and eggs with fruit in the evening.
