My boyfriend gets on facebook throughout the day (like most people do these days). I don't have one. I don't have any friends, literally. Plus it seems a little overrated to me.
So a few weeks ago he mentioned how he might have to make me a facebook because he wants me on there. He doesn't know that I don't have any friends. Or at least I don't think he knows... I'll just get embarrassed if he makes me one and the only people on my friends list will be family.
Is it normal that I feel this way?

    I once had a myspace and a facebook page. I am glad that I do not have either anymore.

    I deleted my facebook account 2 years ago and it was worth it, I had privacy issues, people posting weird stuff, cheesy comments and it took up most of my time that I spent doing nothing

    I think you should`t do Facebook just for him if you don`t want to. Also, I think it`s a little bit strange that you`re the couple and he still doesn`t know anything about your friends ( in this case that you don`t have any)

      I kind of want to, but I really wouldn't use it because I wouldn't have anyone to chat with on there. And that's because he's never asked me about my friends (even though I don't have any). We always hang out with his friends or something. He knows that the only people I talk to is my family and my best friend's family (she passed away). I think he somewhat knows.

        Well, so maybe he already knows about that and he will be ok with it. So do Facebook. He will be happy, you can just surfing interesting pages there, add his friends and if he asks something, you always can tell that you don`t need anyone but him :)
