Im Kaila, 22 yo female. I sleep naked, being that its healthy, and so this morning, i woke up to my boyfriend eating me out from the rear. it was a hot night, so i ended up on my stomach over the covers. It felt good, and relaxing, and fell asleep while he continued. When i woke up however, i was actually mad at him for doing that.     It's perfectly normal. I love eating a girls starfish. But there are risks. That's the primary way Hepatitis A is spread. Also, E Coli and intestinal parasites. The rectum is full of bad bacteria. Unlike the vagina. So proper hygiene would be a good idea. You probably don't carry Hep A or parasites but E.coli is a real danger. The anus must be as clean as possible. A soapy finger in the ass while showing is a good idea. Someone might do it 100 times and never get sick but there is risk involved.

    Why the hell should that matter to you?

    In some religious sects, it's only acceptable for married couples to have sex if both husband and wife are completely clothed, and the penis is stuck through a hole in a sheet. That's "normal" for them, but you'd probably find that pretty weird.

    Anything which you enjoy, he enjoys, and which is not actually causing permanent physical damage to either of you should be considered "normal" for you.

    Licking the anus does present some possible health issues. For a couple who know each other's health history, the most significant is probably the passing on of illnesses of the digestive tract (food poisoning, basically). However, if you're clean and it he's not actually putting his tongue inside you, the risk are probably minimal.
