Boyfriend sad when i'm not around, iin?

Whenever I miss my boyfriend or feel sad, he seems to be fine. Whenever I am content, he seems to be sad. It's like we are never content at the same time. Granted, we are in a long distance relationship so when we are together everything is great, it's just when we are apart. Thoughts?

    typical. Its cause of the distance. when you are happy he is sad cause you are happy without him and vice versa.

    Long distance relationships have MAX life span of like 3-4 years. But usually less.

    - the relationship only works out if the guy is actually committed. I was in a long distance relationship and it only worked out for a month after i moved because he couldn't 'do anything' cos he wasn't 'that kinda guy'.. keep the connection strong, and at least get to see eachother sometime ; than it might work out ..

    let me share something here,

    I'm in long distance relationship, some of you said sucks, might not work..yes! you are totally right..

    My bf has told me, everything its great whenever I'm around him, while I'm not there..he's kind feeling unhappy but its good about him, he knows how to made his life busy..

    instead I'm here quiet miserable without having him around.Its totally hard , and you need to keep things moving on and keep the communication often as much you could..otherwise wouldn't work...

    I just try my best as much I could!

    it's a part of our life..

    I think I much comfortable with distance, because I don't want too clingy with a men in my city where I live now...

    Don't loose hope. I was in a long distance relationship for a year and a half, my boyfriend had just started college and I was in a new high school (11th grade). I was overseas, there was a time difference, but we tried to talk on the phone every night. We just celebrated our four year anniversary; long distance works so long as both people are committed.

    When couples are together their moods are often different. They will sync up, though, eventually.

      I disagree. My best friend is married to a man she was Long Distance dating for 2 years. They finally were able to stay together, married and have been happily married for the past 4 years.

    Yeah long distant relationships suck. Often don't work out but if you move closer together it will get better.
