My boyfriend never asks to hangout, but usually seems to want to when I ask him. Other than him being pretty passive in the relationship I'm really happy with it. Is it normal, or if he was actually committed would he want to hangout a lot?

    well it depends how long youve been dating for, but it seems to me like he wants to make sure he wears the pants in the relationship, and doesnt want to seem like he likes you more htan you like him. or maybe he could just want to make sure you like him just as much as he likes you. id say ask him why he does that though.. its the only way youre really gonna know.

    Being committed doesnt mean he has to share everything in his life with you. Respect his life and come to realise you are a part of his life and not his only life.
