I hated wearing ties at school. Hate. Hate. Hate.
I wouldn't wish it on my bf, either. Both look/are awfully uncomfortable.
Bow ties for me. I'm all suited, buttoned-up, and bow tied daily for work (banking) - and any other reason I can come up with! Been wearing bow ties (the tie-it-yourself kind, naturally!) since day one of high school. It was a Catholic high school and the guys HAD to wear ties. I made mine BOW ties. Been my "signature look," so to speak, ever since, and since my first banking job coincided with the start of college, I've had a pretty unbroken run at being bow tied!
Nothing screams ALPHA male than a classic cardigan and matching bowtie. Plad shirt, glossy hair oh yeah. we are good to go!
Evenin Ladies...
Well I know how to tie both but I would say necktie. Bowties end up making anyone wearing them look kiddish. I would wear a bowtie if I had to though. I have a lot of neckties. I also have a lot of button up and plaid shirts.
Neck tie. I'd be so dashing in one! I am not exactly sure why, but I really don't like bow ties. They remind me of children that wear clothes that are too big for them.
ok i was gonna say bowties are cute but this seems to have turned into some kind of fetish lmao..?
I haven't worn a tie of any kind since Christmas dinner 1969, and that cost me $500.00.
I had bet my band mates several months earlier that I'd never wear a tie again, but it was required by my mother in law for Christmas dinner. I guess everybody was happy I wore a tie that night!
Never since or forever more.
