Boob cramp

My left boob has been cramping like all the time for awhile now. I don't think I can feel unusual lumps but I'll still get it checked out by a professional anyway. But jw if there's any simple reasonings of this..?

Must see a doctor who might suggest yout to go for memogram...Don't delay it before it becomes serious issue.

Ok. Prolly just my chest. Rib cage. But it feels like my breast but then it'll go down my rib cage a little

You really need to clarify if it's actually your breast (which is fatty tissue), or your chest under your breast (which is a muscle group, ie. your pecs).
Breasts can't cramp, maybe you mean a different word?
If it's chest, it could be stress-related, a knot, or just week. Have it check by a doctor and RMT then go work your chest muscles. The more toned your muscles are the less they'll tense involuntarily.
