Bone graft?

So I recently had to get a bone graft on my front tooth for an upcoming tooth implant...I'm wondering if it's normal to see the fake bone particles coming through my gum, thats NOT the surgery site..? there are two spots where these pieces fall out all the time and didnt know if it was right

    Well, since I can't see what your talking about and because I'm not a Dr. I can't be sure, but this doesn't sound right to me. You should probably get it checked out.
