Body burning

There some times were out of no where, my body fells likes its being burned. it causally happens when I am outside. There times where its to much to handle that I have to take a shower in very cold water, just to take away the pain. If my room is to hot it happens if my room hits anything higher than 67 degrees. During winter I leave my window open so the cold air will go in my room and cool me down. During the summer, I am always inside where its cold. It burns only my shoulders and torso and back. Also I can only be outside (direct sun light) for 3 hour's is my limit before I cant handle the pain and have to get something cold to relax my body and get the pain away. Is it normal?

I would recommend seeing a doctor if your in pain from this. Also, Angel dress has a good recommendation as well. Water certainly won't hurt. also try wearing lighter shirts and cleansing your body and nose. (I get this burning sensation up nose when its hot.. :P)
But I think the best way to go would be to see a doc.
