If you got tested and the results came back negative for any disease, then you will not get a disease from each other. The bleeding is probably because she's on her period, and it's a perfectly normal thing that every woman goes through. It only lasts a few days, but I wouldn't recommend having sex during that time because it can get kind of messy. There's nothing to be scared of, just use a condom in the future and you'll have less things to worry about.
