sometimes when i get up i turn blind for like 20 seconds and i get a really bad headache when that happens. then afterwards i get paranoid. i think it might have to deal with my health. culd anyone can help me figure out wat that is that wuld help me, but idk.

It's likely low blood pressure (possibly high blood pressure first and then it drops suddenly). I have the same problem and was diagnosed with POTS. Talk to your doc.
this happens to a LOT of ppl. it happens to me more than usual tho but it's bcu I am anemic
What's happening to you is you're getting a migraine. There may be something seriously wrong, but migraines are common. I used to get them, and I had to have a MRI Scan to see if everything was okay, and I have meds incase I get one. There are different kids of symptoms, like when I got one it made the left side of my body tingle. I strongly suggest that you see a doctor. In the mean time, try to drink as much water as you can. It helps.
I get this occasionally if I stand up too quickly, like my vision goes black for a couple of seconds and my face feels hot, but then it goes away quickly? It might be the same.. Idk :P
about the blindness and the headache i have it too, everytime i stand up.. But it turned out that the Fe levels in my blood were low.. U should check it..
