Bleeding lumps around anus

I have either two or three lumps around my anus, they aren't massive and are medium-small sized. Every time I wipe after going to the toilet they start bleeding even if I try to be really gentle. They aren't itchy and they don't hurt when I sit down, only when I'm wiping my behind. Does anyone know what they could be? I am embarrassed to see a doctor. I've had them for about 3 months now they kind of go away but then keep coming back.
