Black out yawning

I have noticed when I feel a little tired you know the kind of tired that is kinda of dizzy tired or just tired. When I yawn I am used to tensing up and stretching out while standing. Well over the last few months when I have a standing yawn I hear the buzzing of blood rushing out of my head, my vision fades to a minimum to the point a well lit room looks like a dim room in the middle of the night, and I lose all sense of direction for an upwards of 30 seconds. At one time when I stretched and yawned I am thankful where I landed I had almost lost consciousness because right after I relaxed my vision was completely gone and my hearing went as my legs buckled and dropped to the couch after a big yawn. Also I am every now and then getting really dizzy

  • I have this, my doctor told me that I need to stand up slower and stand for a little while before stretching because its a leg circulation problem. It might be different for you though.

oh my god that happened to me, but it would happen when i stretched or something like that after lying down but its because of lack of blood to the brain,my doctor told me to drink more water, seemed to work. hope this helps :)

Could possibly be a brain aneurysm, you seriously need to see a doctor. It could be a hint of a life or death event in the future.

it usually happens when i stand up too fast, stretch and yawn. or when i'm nervous and don't realize i'm not breathing correctly. make sure you breathe, controlled but quick in and out in and out, when you feel the dizziness come on. try to slowly sit or kneel and just wait it out. it usually passes in about ten seconds. i'd encourage you to see the doctor, but i'm pretty sure it's just a blood rush to the head.

not normal. tell your doctor in case there's something really wrong with you. you have to learn how to yawn a different way, that's for sure.
