Biting cuticles

i love biting and especially picking my cuticles. love the skin on the side of the thumb nails the best. i eat it constantly, sometimes pick it till it bleeds. have dont this since a child, almost thirty yrs old. cant stop. first i pick at it with opposites thumb nail and middle finger nail. kinda pinch it the bite it. its the best. another good time is after a long bath when my skin around the nails is white and puffy waterlogged. then i grab the nail clippers and cut off all the dead skin. painless doesnt hurt. all the skin is alread dead. mmm love me some cuticles and skin around the nails especially the thumb. sometimes i go for the fat toe nail. dont bite it, that would be weird, instead i get the nail clippers and cut the skin right next to the tip and corner of the big toe nail. its usually a rough piece of skin, very small. then after using the nail clippers to get that small lil tip of skin thats already dead i like to then chew it. its tasteless but has a nice snap as i bite it. mmm i love it so much. im in awwww when i have met another person who eats there cuticles with such a passion like i do.......mmmm

i have always bitten my nails and I'm 40 now tried everything my mum use to bite hers its a nerve thing as she suffered from bad nerves i tend to stop short of making them bleed although i do get a bit of skin and my mind says no but cant resist its a habit and short of expensive psycho therapy Ive given up just live with it i suppose there is worse things to do at least ill never have dirty finger nails as that can be disgusting i think.

I know EXACTLY how you feel! I do it too! Like every day. It's so annoying. It started out I did it when I was nervous, but now I do it when I'm nervous, anxious, bored... pretty much whenever. Sometimes I don't even know I'm doing it! The worst part is, I often chew them down to blood. It looks awful.
