Biting cold soft stuff

Okay i have a very weird habit of biting stuff thats soft and cold, like i have this blanket with nylon edges, and every now and then i go to my room just to go and bite it for a few seconds, its almost like it relaxes me, the blanket i bite very hard, and in the winter when my dogs ears are cold i would bite them softly aswell, not very hard and not touching it with my tongue, just putting it on my lips aswell and feeling the coldness, i struggle to sleep when i dont have that blanket with me. Haha weird and i love to brush the cold nylon edges og the blanket, im now 21 and have been doing it since i can remember, maybe like when i was 6 or 7

    I bite on any random things paper clip, already chewed tissue paper, pencils, crayons, whatever I can find. Right now I'm on plastic fork.

    It's just a comfort mechanism. I use a stuffed pikachu I've had since I was 6.

    Hahaha i do it with my blanket aswell, i like to run it on the insides of my fingers where it starts, and on my hands, and funny enough my mom thinks its hilarious too

    LMAO.. sounds like my little kleenex-fondling habit. i take a kleenex and i wear out the edges a little just so they're really soft. then, i just kind of run my fingers or hand along the edge =/ I call the kleenex 'softie.' SO WEIRD. my mom laughs at me.

    Haha nah doesnt do it for me hey, its actually only the two things i mentioned that i like, like a soft cold banana wont do the trick
