Binge eating

This is what I ate today 900 grams of pasta for breakfast, a large pizza for lunch, 3 cups of rice for dinner

A jar of pickles, 4 bags of chips, 3 bananas, 2 cans of beans, 1 can of cream corn, 300 grams of mushrooms, 6 cups of peanuts

This is the last 12 hours, I don't ever feel hungry or full, and out of mouth boredom I just eat all the time till I reach a point I feel sick if that happens not too often. I quit smoking 6 months ago so doesn't help at all. Am 140 pounds been like this for 6 years now.

I binge too 12
I have anorexia 0
I have bulimia 2
I don't have any eating disorder 8

    You need balance. Get a crippling crack or coke addiction and you are set. Wait no. ive seen fat cokeheads and fat crackheads. try meeting more annoying people that wont leave you alone. then that will force you out of your house to do stuff.

    • I want to eat so bad right now I could go for another pizza should have ordered 2 and some cheesy garlic bread and made a sandwich put lettuce, tomatoes, and bunch of other veggies all in between and just go nom nom nom. Lol I am 5 foot 11 @ 140 pounds my ribs stick out fat is not me just my eating habits. Last I check my body was at a high of 8% when and only if I workout daily for a month it will drop to 2-3% no joke is actually really unhealthy. I just can't gain fat is a major problem.

    • ahah... I know right like fuck I can't afford to spend 30 dollars a day on food. What's worst is I sit on this computer all day every day. Never leave the house especially in winter.

        Yeah that doesnt sound healthy at all.
        And way too much money... if I have a large pizza I eat like half (4slices) then at night time I might have a snack like an orange.

        I think you might want to cut back. I know thats easier saud then done... but maybe if you put only enough food in your house. Like a weeks worth then you cant buy any more until the week is up... so you need to make it last.
        I dont go out much in the winter myself ether.
        but I set alarms fir myself when I need to do things... maybe set an alarm for yourself a few times a week were you need to get up and go out.

        • You are better then I, can't stop lol. Last time I tried that I ate all the food in the house and went without for 3 days like I can go both ways. Only will feel hungry when the pain of your body starting to eat the muscle occurs.

          I do that as well, alarms are great but I don't much to do in my life. I work mostly on the computer these days. The only need to go out is to shop for something. People I know are in other cities so go out once a month for something to do.

            Well you can go out (when its warm) just for a nice walk in the park. For fresh air.

            Maybe a professional might help you more ... they most likely will have better ideas then I do lol.
