I have really big lips and I hate it! They're not only big but also plum. They literally look like straight sausages. I know people overall like big lips but mine are too much. When I speak, I notice that people look at my big lips not at my eyes most of the time. It just bothers me, it makes feel ashamed! I have a great passion for singing but I think I have to drop it cuz of my big lips. I wouldn't want unnecessary attention for fugly big lips when I sing. i mean people are supposed to pay attention to my singing ability not my big lips :(
Tbh, I've been teased and mocked bc of my big lips since the first day of kindergarten. Yeah, kids are so mean. and now that im older and people still can't seem to grow out of it! I cry almost everyday!
All my life, I'd always wanted to have thinner lips as I'd have the confidence to speak in order to survive in life. You know, a student like me has to do lots of talking to pass exams such like presentation and oral tests.
I was thinking to have a lip reduction surgery but it's against my belief. It's a sin to change God's creation. I don't know what to do :(

    Chances are that the majority of people don't care and you're just being self-conscious. Worry about it less.

    Hey just think of Mick Jagger or Steven Tyler. The heck with that think of Liv Tyler, Brigitte Bardot, Angelina Jolie, Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johansson, Marilyn Monroe, Rihanna, Sophia Loren, Megan Fox, Amanda Seyfried. Nothing wrong with big lips. I look at people's mouths when they talk, but not specifically to look at their lips. I am hard of hearing and I have to read lips to understand what people are saying. There is nothing wrong with big lips. They just make for softer kisses.

    I have this same issues as well. I use to get teased in school and called dsl (dick sucking lips). For a long time I hated them. Now that I am older I love them. Only difficulty I have is finding a lipstick that doesn't make them stand out more and be the only thing you see on my face.

    You sound pretty young. One day you are going to appreciate your lips just the way they are. I 'm sure you and your lips are beautiful.

    I used to get the same thing for my nose and at that time I thought I wanted to have nose surgery. As an adult I'm so glad I didn't !

    The pain you feel from taunting and harassment is real, but the truth is that full lips are beautiful! I used to get harassed when I was a kid too, kids would call me "nigger lips". The truth is that I'm grateful that I have full beautiful lips as a white Southern woman and the people who made fun of me were most likely just jealous, ignorant racists. I'm so grateful to not have skinny near nonexistent cracker lips! I can wear just about any color of lipstick I want whereas women with pencil thin lips tends to look creepy, like corpses when they wear darker lipstick colors.

    The only thing I actively dislike about one of my best features is the fact that sometimes shitty guys make inappropriate troll ass comments. I'd rather kiss a whole pond full of frogs than one human who disrespects me!

    Love yourself, I'm sure you're beautiful just the way you are!

              Thanks. Yeah I know he/it is a total troll, but he/it is an extremely unfunny and pathetic one as well.

              As much as I loathed Crusades at least (sometimes anyway) had something of merit to say (though very few and far between) though this knob is a total waste of space. As far as giving it/him a blow job maybe it/he should look no further than Nathan Scott who seems to be his/it's biggest fan.

    About your lips, I have pretty big lips too and people look at them when I talk and I used to get a bit self conscious until I realised it's coz they find them really sexy.
