me and my bf have been dating for a year and half and ever since we were never big on texting. but like i wish we were and i’m out of the country 9 hours ahead and he usually says good morning first and i say goodnight first but he didn’t do it today and i really wish i wasn’t scared to always text him first. is this normal? he’s 27 too btw
I'm so glad I taught my girlfriend that I simply don't like texting... It's annoying fodder... If you have something to say, call me. I am more than willing to talk to you. But getting a text saying "hey" is just stupid... Obviously you want to talk, so let's talk. The thing about talking is that you can do it while doing something else. You could be driving, eating, watching a movie, fixing something around the house and still be able to talk. But texting requires you to dump everything you are doing and focus on jabbing a touchscreen! Really annoying! So I would say yes... Very normal.
That’s perfectly normal. It’s no cause for alarm that he didn’t text you for one day.
Conversely, you shouldn’t be afraid to text him. He’s your boyfriend, after all - one of the closest people you can have in your life.

I'm kinda like you when my fiancé doesn't text me for like an hour I get very stressed and imagine weird shit in my head that just means you love him and care about him it's normal
For a long time I used to worry when my boyfriend didnt text me, there is no harm in calling your boyfriend or texting him how you feel or just trying to spark a conversation with him. If you want to talk to him just ask him about his day and go from there I bet he would appreciate it <3
That's completely fine! He probably just got busy and forgot.
You can ask him to text you more. He's your boyfriend after all, I'm sure he'd understand wanting to hear from him.
