Between holiday depression

Every year, I always get so insanely depressed between Christmas and New Years. I don't mean on those specific days... I mean on the week days in between the holidays, when I have to work. And I don't mean a little sad... I mean full-blown off-the-records extreme depression.

I don't know why it happens, but I get SO depressed, I litterally get suicidal thoughts, for NO reason. I don't understand why this happens, but it happens EVERY year, and it really sucks big time. I'm sooo not looking forward to Monday...

I'm wondering if it has something to do with the fact that I used to get that time off (2 weeks) when I was in school, and now I don't. Could this be why? Anyone experience anything like this? Is it normal??? Thanks.

Engage in as much oral sex as you can. Cock sucking works wonders.

(Im sorry, but you sound like charlie brown.) Also, maybe you are sad because you don't think that you will be happy as much as you would be on a holiday. Sometimes, thats what happens to me.

I think it's normal to get depressed around those times.Though alot of people are depressed for other reasons such as financial burdens. Also people can be depressed because they don't have a mate to share the holidays with and the days preceding leaves time to just think about it.

But having suicidal thoughts are a bit heavier.I feel there is something more underlying here.Although you are busier now,I don't think that should be something to make your mood so down.

Does the thought of being with or without family/loved ones around those times of the year bother you?

This might be a clue as to what's really going on within.
