You know, I can live with being in the closet but I also often want to come out so I can express how beautiful I think women are. How do I say it?

Why not just wait until the secret reveals itself? There's no reason to hide your sexuality, but there is also no real reason to have this conversation out of the blue, is there?
Do you know what your friend's stance on the LGBT community is. If her views towards it are negative, then telling her may be a mistake.
Why do you want to come out to her in particular? Do you have any alterior motives in regards to this friend of yours? Don't take it personally if she's not attracted to you and or isn't interested in hearing about your latest girl crush.
Come out to people who will be tolerate and accepting of you first!

Even though I voted for first choice but I think you don't need to say anything just invite her and have a drink together (at least a bottle) and get down to her pants thats it
People care less about who you're attracted to (at least here in australia in my town) so just be open and honest. If you can't openly tell people in 2014 you may as well keep hiding it.
@OP I don't know where you live but where I live being a Bisexual woman is considered hot. Now I am a Bisexual man and I can tell you we guys don't have the same treatment. So if it's similar where you live just tell your friend. Also it is considered normal for a hetero woman to say another woman is hot but not the same for hetero men. So if it's the same where you live then you really have nothing to worry about. Just do what you feel more comfortable with.
Well this is how most of my friends came out. They gave me a note saying "I have a big secret I want to tell you" make a huge fuss about it and just saying "Oh im gay, im bi, whatever". That or they ask "Hey can I talk to you about something" and tell me. Im generally not the type of person who cares if someone is gay though.
