    Fried egg and melted cheese on potato waffle with tomato ketchup. Closest a vegetarian gets to a fry-up and, by God, it's good.

      What you want to try is a veggie fry up:

      Hash browns (best) or potato waffles
      Baked beans
      Toast or fried bread
      Veggie bacon
      Veggie sausages
      Grilled tomatoes
      Grilled mushrooms
      Fried eggs (or not if vegan)
