My favourite band :D I couldn't resist making this poll. And if you've never heard Genesis... get into them!

And believe it or not, this is not every Genesis song. Far from it :D

One thing though: Please don't pick Supper's Ready just because it's the longest (23 mins) and most appreciated, unless you seriously think it's the best. This is your opinion, so don't follow sheep ;)

    I enjoy Land of Confusion. Phil Collins looks like my dad. No joke. Honestly, the first time I ever saw a picture of Phil Collins I was like "what's my dad doing up there?"

    i liked some of early genesis but gabriel bailed. they looked for other guys to replace him but in the end phil stepped up and sang the songs beautifully. and he wrote some awesome songs of his own

    you can compare it to lennon mccartney where lennon is the acknowledged genius whereas paul wrote the pop songs and paid the bills

      Collins turned a great prog band into an unremarkable pop band. Maybe they couldn't have stayed prog after Gabriel left, but if that's the case they should've had the decency to just disband and save themselves the shame.

    I'll take this opportunity to note that Phil Collins is a disgrace to everything Peter Gabriel built up with Genesis.

      was is still genesis without gabriel? i thought it was just phil colllins then, should have called themselves genesis mach II

      Nope, he isn't, but you are, especially as some of their best songs were written from 1976-1991. The fact that you like just the Gabriel years shows such a limit in your tastes.
