I've had my belly button pierced for about 2 years now. I find i play with it A LOT. I'll be chatting with someone, and there I am, playing with the piercing. It's like I can't leave it alone. My friend does the same with her tongue ring. Is this normal?

    my friend has a belly button peircing and ill look over and in science she will b playin with it its normal haha

    I play with my cartilage piercings/lobe piercings ALL the time. It's a nervous habit.

    If you're friend does it too, then it's not only you.
    I used to have my ears pierced and I remember I used to play with my earrings.

    I play with my tounge a lot and I don't even have a tounge ring. I move it all around in my mouth and sometimes stick it out and don't realize what I'm doing until somebody asks me what I'm doing with my tounge?

    It's just a habit you'll find something else to do soon don't worry.
