Behaving strangely when alone

I say and do strange things all the time I don't really think about, that would be considered weird if filmed and put online for all to see. Like rubbing my nipples or just randomly laughing for no reason, or groping my butt cheeks. Or grinning psychotically while breathing hard and pacing around the room. I do things like this constantly and wonder if this is normal behavior when alone.

Normal..I think we all do that release, go crazy b/c nobody else is around stuff. Do physical things to ourselves, make odd noises or do funny voices, or walk around the house naked, going into areas you're normally not naked (like a garage) just because nobody else is there.

I've had times where, doing laundry, stripped down to nothing, so could wash what I was wearing, went back upstairs to my garage, did things in there, sang songs..Just basically let my mind go crazy. It's healthy to let loose, at home.

I do stuff like this. I punch/slap myself in the crotch area a lot, it just feels good...mildly stimulating like a spanking.

Same, I pace around the room when I'm anxious. Or crack up when I remember certain things, like recently for no reason I thought of something that happened in class 7 years ago. I still can't think about it without laughing. But anyway, I'd say doing anything when you're alone is normal as long as it's not hurting anything.
