Battle for the lost birthday card. whose side are you on?
When I was around 8 I was a retarded kid who used to spend hours arts-and-crafting birthday cards for my family, and often including poems in there as well.
Now I'm in my late-twenties and the exact opposite of that sissy kid I used to be. I am a MAN. My sister came across one of those ancient birthday cards and told me about it. But won't even show it to me because she fears I'll take it from her and never give back. She is absolutely right. I wrote the card, therefore it is mine to claim back. She thinks otherwise. I say it has my handwriting on it, and is my creation, therefore mine. She says it was addressed to her, therefore hers. I want to claim the card as a trophy of the sensitive and wussy kid I crushed and defeated. She wants to keep it as a reminder of how sweet I used to be.
Who do -you- think should get to keep the card? It's a matter of life and death.
