Bathroom sounds?

I am in college (a girl) and I live in the dorms. I know this isn't gross at all, but idk who else does it. I am so afraid of people hearing me doing my umm.. business. So when I go in to my bathroom to umm... "sit down", I turn on the water in the tub because I don't want anyone to hear me. Afterwards I'll make it seem like i shaved my legs or something, I just feel like people would hate me if they knew i had bodily functions. Is this normal?

    I like to shit in other people's houses and leave it.. and then just tell them that I washed my hands and there was poop in the toilet.

    Do you hate them for having 'bodily functions'? I am sure that they already know that you have to go to the toilet, like everyone else on the planet.
