Bad weed effects 2 months later

The day before veterans day me and a bud decided to smoke weed for the first time. I smoked probably 3/4 a gram and my vision was real laggy it was very scary and i had a panic attack. I called my sister and she managed to keep me from going to the ER. So for the next 4-5 days i was perfectly normal. Then at the end of school I got up to leave and i felt dizzy so i sat down for a few minutes thats when i started getting scared i was gonna pass out. I managed to get back together and drive home. Once i got home i decided to try and sleep it off. Thats when the EXACT same thing happened the day i took the weeed. At this point i freaked out and went to urgent care. They checked everything out, checked blood and took urine test. (passed drug test and blood has very high white blood cell count). Also heart checked out good did EKG and the 24 hr EKG. For the first week i was scared like no other. I wasnt able to sleep and had very many panic attacks. I had odd flu like syptoms runny nose, headache, etc. Also had very bad Depersonalization/Derealization. That went away in a few weeks. But i have permanetly been stuck in this odd vertigo/dizzyness and chest pains feeling that scares me to death. I keep thinking imma pass out. Im currently in therapy which doesnt seem to be helping. What should I do? its very difficult to get out anymore and to work. Ive became isolated to my room.

It's all in your head. There are two possible things that are going on.

    1) You believe weed messed you up, so your body believes it and you perceive these effects realistically, like a placebo effect.

    2) Weed brought out underlying mental issues. LSD can do the same thing. It's not the weed causing the issues, it is actually how your brain is and weed just brought it out.

The cause could also be low blood sugars, or vitamin deficiencies. Maybe you should look into it.

As for the effects of the weed, you could have just smoked far too much for your tolerance.
