There really is no right answer to this question. Everyone is different, everyone goes through a phase. The amount of people you've slept with shouldn't be used as a gauge to measure your character.

Yep.
I mean I understand that like women these days and really every day throughout history have been pressured to remain pure by not sleeping with so many men. Really only one man and that's it. But it's the 21st century, we shouldn't be slut shaming. These old ideas about girls being whores are invalid nowadays. Do whatever you want, so long as it doesn't hurt anyone.

Anime8 is correct. The number doesn't matter. We as a society need to move away from things like "slut shaming" and not judge women on their sexual experiences.

You'd get a better indication by posting a poll asking 21 year old women how many men they've slept with.
When I was 21, I'd slept with 7 guys, seemed pretty average to me for a girl at Uni. I knew some girls who'd only slept with 2 or 3, some girls who'd slept with more like 15-20. It's worth mentioning a lot of the girls with lower numbers were bringing guys back all the time and sucking them off then feeling proud of themselves for not having sex with them - ultimate hypocrisy in my book.
Use a condom, never have sex with someone if you think you're going to regret it later, don't worry about numbers. My friend is 31, she's extremely attractive and highly sexual - she's slept with 30 guys. She told her male friend, who was 26 and had slept with over 50 women (he'd lost count) and he immediately said he'd never want to be with a girl who had a number that high because he wouldn't feel 'special' - who'd want to be with a sexist, egotistical hypocrite like that anyway?
People fall in love with the essence of you, not who or what you've done - if you think your number is too high or too low, just don't share it with your boyfriend. I'm sure you don't wanna hear how many girls he's stuck his dick into either.
