I have this problem at work that every guy that tries to, for lack of a better word, "Hit" on me is either very, Much older than I am, annoying or just not what I am looking for... I don't cause any attention and I don't give them any impression at all that I want them to flirt with me or anything. I just want to know How If I can make it stop, or at least bring it down to a minimum. Even a way to ignore it at least! Big time! I am not really that pretty so I don't know Why they try to flirt with me, it's actually a bit unsettling because All I am Trying to do is Work and here these random annoying older guys come trying to get to know me better. Don't get me wrong, I am not mean toward them in any way I just smile and respond to any questions. I smile because I have to lol Especially where I work! But I just wish they could let me be lol I mean Talk to me yeah whatever... But Not flirt :/

    Be nice but firm with these people. Don't engage in too much small talk. Try to stick to work-related matters only. Try to seem busy when they come around. Try to casually bring up that you have a boyfriend (even if you don't). Good luck!
